We received an inquiry from a customer asking, "We would like to manufacture building material components that we have been using in steel with resin. Is this possible?" First, we looked at the current products and conducted a detailed hearing regarding the usage environment and applications. Due to your high demand for cost reduction, we have produced an example using two-color extrusion molding in addition to foam extrusion molding!

Here is an example of manufacturing foam extrusion molded products. We received a request from a customer to "manufacture entrance frames for prefabricated houses while keeping costs as low as possible." Due to the high demand for cost reduction, we produced the frames using foam extrusion in addition to two-color extrusion. We used inexpensive recycled PS (polystyrene) for the core and covered it with AS for the surface. Additionally, upon further inquiry about the application, we learned that a certain thickness was required and that screws would be used for assembly, which is why we opted for foam molding.
